Researchers from Szczecin want to determine the cause of the death of 64 people whose remains have been found in the former Stalag II-D camp in Stargard (West Pomerania). The POWs died within four consecutive days, but there are no traces indicating, for example, that they were shot.
Polish-Russian team of archaeologists discovered a skeleton of a woman equipped with a gold pectoral ornament and a bronze mirror inside a large barrow from approx. 2.5 thousand years ago. The research was carried out in Siberia, in the place known as the 'Siberian Valley of the Kings'.
